I’m excited to share that I’ve recently joined HSL Compliance as Group Corporate Development Director. Having spent my first week with the team, it’s clear there’s a huge amount of ambition and drive behind the business. HSL is an IK Partners–backed compliance services platform operating across the testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) space — a market that is both highly fragmented and experiencing strong demand for safety and compliance services. What really stood out to me was the opportunity to help build something meaningful alongside Gavin Hartley and the amazing team. I’m looking forward to supporting the next phase of HSL’s growth through M&A, partnerships and strategic initiatives, and to connecting with more founders, advisers and operators across the sector.
