So this is it... Goodbye ALDI Nord Group. It's been quite a ride these last four years. Starting as the pandemic was winding down, in a dramatically different geopolitical and economic world from just months before in early 2022, I was given a warm welcome at the then brand-new campus, where face masks were still a must-have accessory. Since then, a lot more than just masks vanishing has changed — partly evolutionary, partly revolutionary, but always dynamically. I was lucky to have great colleagues in Essen and at ALDI Tech Hub Kraków: inspiring people, super clever people, and a lot of people I'm looking forward to sharing a Kölsch with in the future. Or a Stauder, for that matter. There are simply too many to mention separately, but special shout-outs to the people of CRS, DCS and MI&P. Without you it wouldn't have been half the fun. THANK YOU! I'll start a new journey shortly — updates will follow.
