I always appreciate to talk to our TUI colleagues directly. This week in Rijkswijk with our Dutch and Belgian colleagues. Including a special session with our leadership team on Strategie and Ai. The team under the Leadership of Arjan Kers is managing a successful transformation. Good to see. And I was able to attend a Townhall for all colleagues including a question and answer session. Great discussion on what is very similar in tourism in Europe and where do we need respect culture differences. And I was able to meet „our“ first travel agency in Den Haag, more than 100 years open. Our wonderful colleagues and customers (who had just booked a package to Greece). It was great to see how we combine passion for the customer and service quality with latest technology.
