SEB is honoured to have served as Joint Active Bookrunner for AkzoNobel on their EUR 750m 3-year senior unsecured bond transaction. The bonds were priced with a 3.625% coupon, with the final order book subscription of 8x. The net proceeds will be used for General corporate purposes for the Group and financing the merger with Axalta Coating Systems Ltd.   We congratulate Akzo Nobel on an impressive transaction!
