We're delighted to share that our Mumbles store team have been named our second Store of the Year! From the moment they welcomed members of our Executive Board into store, it was clear how special the team is. Their warmth, teamwork and commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences left a lasting impression, with one judge stating "the best store visit I've had in my whole career". To celebrate, the team enjoyed a well-earned trip to Cornwall, including time at our Head Office, a visit to our Distribution Centre, lunch with our Executive Board and the opportunity to spend time together enjoying a pottery making experience. We couldn't be prouder of team Mumbles, a team who truly reflect our values and the importance of community spirit.
