Due diligence sometimes misses the true morale of employees, one searcher-turned-CEO discovered upon acquiring a small HR outsourcing business. After partnering with investors to become CEO of HRtoGO, Cory Prott "quickly learned that. . . a lot of people were unhappy" at the company, a state of affairs he had not anticipated.
