PSA - I don’t regret much in life, but I do have one regret that I am working through. While I’ve lived a life of goal pursuits, which I have found to be very rewarding, there have been things that I have sacrificed to achieve goals. One of those things, was maintaining a regularly fitness routine. My routine is wake up – drink coffee – and jump into work. I’m naturally drawn to this lifestyle so it is easy for me to find comfort in it. ⏰ ☕️ But...what I feel like I should have done is wake up, coffee, workout. Now I play golf, which my daughter reminds me, isn’t really exercise, especially when you use a cart. And I walk a lot during work as I take my 1:1 calls while walking. But as I have gotten to middle age – I realize that I should have been lifting more weights and working on harder cardio for heart health. So, I’m working on fixing that but you cannot make up for lost time. How are you able to incorporate working out into your already busy schedule?
