🎉 3 Years of Michael Ratcliffe – Quiet Standards, Proper Graft & Evolving Snack Choices 🎉 Three years in, and Michael Ratcliffe has well and truly found his rhythm at Sealpac UK & Partners. Last year we crowned him the “Snacks King.” This year? Let’s just say the Sour Patch Kids appearances are… less frequent. There’s talk of protein, balance, and sensible choices — though we’re confident there’s still room for a treat (and a pint) when the job’s done. Some habits don’t disappear completely. If you’re trying to work out what Michael’s thinking, you’ll need patience. His expression rarely changes — permanently set somewhere between focused and mildly unimpressed. Mysterious? Maybe. Grumpy? Debatable. Those who know, know. On site, though, there’s no mystery at all. Michael works one way: logical, methodical, and properly. No shortcuts. No “that’ll do.” If it isn’t right, he’s not leaving. It’s that simple. Customers trust him because they know when he signs it off, it’s been done properly. At one of our key customer sites, he’s even earned a reputation as the “little spoon” when needed. Teamwork takes many forms — we don’t ask questions. Off duty, life’s expanded slightly — with a new four-legged addition joining the Ratcliffe household last year 🐶. Another responsibility, another project to manage. We’re guessing that his little doggo is already being trained with the same logical precision. Still a loyal Man United fan — which proves resilience might be his strongest quality of all.
