Across the industry, mislabeling runs at roughly 16%. Products marketed as wild-caught from one country turn out to be aquaculture from another. Certifications assumed to be in place, aren't. This is what "traceability" looks like when you actually test the claims instead of trusting the label. It's not a regional problem — it's structural, and it's global.
