It's official. And honestly, it still feels a little surreal. Last Friday, at the Australia–India Innovation Dialogue, I signed an MOU with Renata Sguario, Founder & CEO of Maxme — witnessed by Jasmine Batra, Founder of The Big LEAP Accelerator, the Consulate General of India Melbourne, Anish Ranjan, and Chris J Mooney, Chair of the Australia India Chamber of Commerce (AICC). But let me tell you what this moment actually means to me. This partnership would not exist without Jasmine and The Big LEAP Accelerator. Renata Sguario came through their Australia-to-India track. I came through their India-to-Australia track. Two founders, two countries, two sides of the same challenge — brought together by a program that was specifically designed to make this kind of collision happen. Grateful does not quite cover it. When Renata and I sat down together, it became clear very quickly that we weren't just building adjacent products. We were building two halves of the same answer. Maxme works with corporates and universities to develop the foundational human skills — creativity, communication, collaboration, and resilience — that people need to show up well at work and in life. Liya.Ai™ supports the psychological state they need to sustain that performance. Skills to perform. Wellbeing to endure. Over the next 2 years, we will be working towards a combined target of AUD 1 million — bringing this integrated offering to corporates, universities, and their people across Australia, India, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Liya's AI coaching architecture will be embedded into Maxme's Hodie app so that every person who walks through Maxme's coaching door has continued, always-on psychological support available to them — anonymously, in their language, at any hour.
