Some collaborations begin as a response to a specific need. Others grow into something that learns how to evolve. Our work with ABB has followed that second path. What began as a shared ambition has grown into the ABB Motion European International Passport, now at its 30th edition, and still adapting alongside the company, its people, and the changing demands of their industry. A testament to a company that has always placed investment in people at the center of its strategy. For us, co-design starts with listening. Understanding the business environment, identifying what leaders truly need, and turning those needs into learning experiences that hold up in everyday practice, not just in the classroom. Deep industry knowledge, an international perspective, flexible formats, the voice of external speakers, and a constant focus on immediate applicability: when these come together, learning becomes more than skills development.
