Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in handling end‑to‑end government projects. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder coordination, project delivery, and cross‑functional management across smart city initiatives, surveillance systems, and integrated software/hardware solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of government, semi‑government, PSU, and defense projects. Coordinate with officials, vendors, and internal teams for seamless delivery. Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within timelines and budgets. Oversee software/hardware integration projects ensuring compliance with government standards. Drive smart city and surveillance initiatives including IoT‑based solutions and command & control centers. Prepare project reports, documentation, and compliance submissions. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contractual adherence. Build strong client and government relationships to ensure project success. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. 12–20 years of project management experience, with at least 10 years in government projects. Strong knowledge of smart city technologies, surveillance systems, and IT infrastructure. Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder environments and deliver complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred). Desired Skills Experience in government tendering, RFP/RFQ processes, and compliance frameworks.
