Scrum Values are the foundation to creating Trust in Scrum Teams. The biggest application of the Scrum Values is creating a common language in how people behave. In a simple workshop you can set the base for behavior that everyone can relate to and understand. For example, Commitment can mean different things for different people 1) You are not committed because you join the meeting without your camera on 2) I'm committed because I still join the meeting from my car because I have to bring the kids to school first.
