Scrum Teams main focus is on delivering value. To deliver value, you need tothe support of your organization. As Scrum Master, there are tons of impediments you need to resolve and tons of ideas to improve the organization. Sadly, the organization cannot be changed over night. To make it more difficult, organization is not welcoming you to help them with something they don't see as a problem 😅 SOOOOO, as Scrum Master (or, better even, as Scrum Team), what can you do? 🧡 Work with the rest of the organization from the need to deliver more value as a Scrum Team.
