Scrum in it's basics is understanding and applying the Principles and Values, the soul of Scrum, to deliver value. As Scrum.org describes "Values are the principles we view as important in the way we live and work. They are the core beliefs that guide our actions, behavior and decisions" We believe these values can be applied universally and cross-culturally. However, the set of behaviours which are accompanied by it, may differ per culture, organization or even per person. That is why we use our poster to facilitate common understanding within Scrum Teams and organisations. A simplified version in three steps Step 1 - inspect the values Step 2 - individually write down what behaviours indicate application of the values.
