If only removing impediments was easy... Although causing the removal of impediments is an accountability of the Scrum Master, resolving impediments is an ongoing activity that requires contribution from the whole organisation. In our Scrum.org PSM-A class we discuss that Impediments can manifest themselves in different shapes and within the entire organization. We also discuss the relation between the more autonomy and ownership there is in the Scrum Team, the more time a Scrum Master is activaly spending time om organizational impediments.
