MATIBAG, ISASALANG NA Senate Impeachment Court Presiding Officer Francis “Chiz” Escudero said NBI Director Melvin Matibag may testify on Monday, July 20, after the prosecution sought to advance his appearance. Senator-judge and Senate President Win Gatchalian raised the request, citing a prosecution letter stating that Matibag is available on Monday before leaving for an international engagement on Tuesday, July 21.
