Following her impactful tenure as Chief People & Sustainability Officer, Claudia now takes on a key international mandate: driving the growth and further development of our Spain business. This builds on Scout24’s acquisition of Fotocasa Group in 2025 – the strong No. 2 for real estate in Spain. Together, with our newest subsidiary Scout24 will unlock further growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic real estate markets. Currently based in Barcelona, Claudia is working closely with Tony Blamey (CEO & Managing Director Fotocasa) and the local team to accelerate execution, sharpen focus and realize the next growth phase. She will also oversee central functions including Finance, HR, Legal and Procurement – and remains a member of our Executive Leadership Team at Scout24 SE.
