On German Diversity Day, we are proud to publish the fourth Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Report of the Scout24 Group 🌍✨    At Scout24 SE, DEI is not just about culture — it’s a key driver of innovation, fairness and sustainable business success. Our 2025 report shows how we continue to move from intention to measurable impact by reducing structural barriers, strengthening inclusion and embedding responsibility across our business.    Some highlights from this year’s report:    🤖 Responsible AI in action  We introduced “HeyImmo”, our AI-powered assistant on ImmoScout24, designed with clear safeguards against discriminatory decision-making. At the same time, we expanded AI learning opportunities for employees and introduced a Workforce AI Upskilling Index to support responsible transformation.    📈 Representation & equity at a high level  We maintained gender parity across the company and sustained a high level of representation of women in leadership positions. Our adjusted gender pay gap remains low at 1.1%.    🌐 A diverse workforce  Today, colleagues from 58 nationalities work across the Scout24 Group, contributing different perspectives, experiences and ideas that strengthen our teams and products. This year’s report also introduces the new diversity category of “Emerging Talents” — the people starting their careers at Scout24.    💬 Inclusion that employees feel  83% of participants in our Inclusion Survey say they can be themselves at Scout24, while 87% feel supported by their colleagues when needed.    🏠 Accessibility & belonging  We further improved the digital accessibility of our products in 2025, expanded inclusive recruiting initiatives and continued our partnerships supporting people experiencing homelessness.    Looking ahead, we will continue to integrate DEI more deeply into the onboarding of new subsidiaries and create even more opportunities for awareness and learning in everyday work.    A huge thank you to everyone across Scout24 who contributes to making inclusion part of how we work every day. 🧡    🇬🇧 English version: https://lnkd.in/dFvkSdPx    🇩🇪 Deutsche Version: https://lnkd.in/dtpBf5zx      #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion #DEI #ResponsibleAI #Accessibility #Leadership #Culture #Innovation #Scout24
