Due to the retirement of Professor Robert (Bob) McClelland at the end of 2026 RMIT University Vietnam is seeking to appoint the next Dean of The Business School (TBS). The Dean will lead one of the best Business schools in Southeast Asia with over 9,000 students across two campuses in Vietnam. The School is AASCB accredited, has strong industry links and a growing research ambition. This is a Professor-level appointment who leads with clarity, empathy and purpose – someone who will inspire, cultivate talent, foster collaboration and innovation. The Dean will elevate TBS through the next phase of its growth, enhancing teaching and learning, research, student experiences and employability. As an executive member of the RMIT University Vietnam, as well as the College of Business and Law in RMIT University Melbourne, the Dean plays a critical role for the strategic direction of business education in Vietnam.
