Team members at our Global Headquarters recently came together for SCJ Learning Week, a dynamic event focused on strengthening and building the skills, mindset and capabilities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. Employees around the globe also joined via livestream, creating a shared learning experience across our organization. From leadership panels and hands-on workshops to discussions on AI, digital transformation, resilience, inclusive leadership and storytelling, participants gained practical tools to navigate change and drive impact. Innovation showcases, cross-functional collaboration and interactive experiences with teams across the business highlighted the power of continuous learning and fresh thinking. Informational booths highlighted volunteer opportunities, Employee Resource Groups, employee benefits and services, and an introduction to the SCJ Learning Portal, now powered by LinkedIn Learning, along with many other resources.
