Over the past two days, leaders from across the STEM industry gathered in Melbourne for the Women in Leadership STEMM Summit. STA Chair of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Dr Lila Landowski moderated a panel with other Superstars of STEM, Dr Sara Webb, Jasmin Diab CSC GAICD and Kathryn Laurentis. STA CEO Ryan Winn was joined by Petra Andrén, Dr Samone McCurdy, Dr Scott Tyo and Dr Debbie Eagles to discuss what leaders can do to drive sponsorship, accountability and system change in diversity. They were just a couple of more than a dozen sessions across two days, seeking to drive diversity and inclusion forward in our sector.
