🌟  𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 | 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗢𝗯𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 & 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 Still buzzing after hosting last week’s 34th Novo Nordisk Foundation Science Cluster Conference, “Prevention of Childhood Obesity: Body, Brain & Society”. A big thank you to our brilliant partners at the Centre for Childhood Health and to the outstanding Scientific Committee (Nina Geiker, Teresa Holmberg, Jane Martin, Steve Allender, Berit L Heitmann, Mette Skovgaard Væver) for shaping such a sharp, relevant and genuinely insightful programme. The mix of science, perspectives and practical discussion made for a conference with real momentum. One participant summed it up perfectly: “I bring home the energy and power of research and researchers tied together with one purpose: to help and guide towards less inequity and less obesity among children. I’m more hopeful now.” To everyone who joined us — speakers, panellists, poster presenters and participants — thank you for bringing your expertise, curiosity and openness. And congratulations to the winners of our poster competition in both the PhD and postdoc categories — excellent posters and inspiring work.
