We just finished our exciting Science Cluster Lecture, diving into “Careers with Impact: Building Skills Through Academia–Industry Partnerships” 💡🚀 In this lecture, we had the pleasure of exploring how universities and industry can collaborate on attracting, training, and retaining talent in research and innovation to create more agile career pathways – and support the development of skills that translate into societal impact. We heard from three talented speakers, who showed what it takes to support students and early-career researchers. The lecture guided us through topics from welcoming international talent to building new competencies, networks and real-world experience that makes it easier to move between academia and industry: 🔹Anette Birck, Director, Helix Lab - Kalundborg 🔹Louise Krogh Johnson, Director, BioSustainability Design Novo Nordisk Foundation Fellowship Programme 🔹Alexander Leopold Watts, Head of Science Hub Denmark, Copenhagen Capacity If you would like to watch the lecture, please visit our website: https://lnkd.in/eSdduc_M Do you want to be the first to hear about upcoming open lectures?
