Setting New Benchmarks for High-Rise Construction in Israel: SCHWING at Work on the ToHa2 Tower in Tel Aviv 🚧 The ToHa2 project currently under construction in Tel Aviv is one of the most ambitious high-rise developments in Israel. Once completed, the tower will rise to approximately 298 meters across 76 floors, making it one of the tallest buildings in the country and a new benchmark for modern urban construction. To support the demanding concreting operations on this landmark project, two SCHWING stationary concrete pumps of type SP 9500 D are in operation on behalf of the end customer Amar Brothers. The pumps ensure the continuous delivery of large concrete volumes over significant vertical distances – a key requirement for efficient progress on high-rise construction sites of this scale. Supporting the project locally is M .BAR maintenance, SCHWING’s official importer and long-standing partner in Israel since the 1990s, providing sales, service and technical support for the Israeli market. As the building height increases, so do the demands on pumping pressure, material flow and operational reliability. Especially in projects of this magnitude, maintaining consistent concrete quality throughout the entire delivery line is essential for process stability and construction efficiency.
