🚗💡 Schulich Women in Leadership, Graduate Chapter (WIL) hosted the WIL x Honda Canada Case Competition: “Powering Through Noise,” bringing together graduate students from Schulich, Rotman, and Ted Rogers to explore real issues of DEI, gender bias, and credibility gaps faced by women in the automotive industry. Teams analyzed how systemic bias affects women in field roles and proposed strategies Honda could implement to strengthen inclusion, authority, and equitable career advancement. After the first round, the top 5 out of 15 teams advanced to the finals at Honda Canada’s Head Office, where they presented directly to senior Honda leaders and Schulich faculty judges. Special thanks to Professor Joe Fayt for his support in preparing the case teams.
