Coming from a strong operations background in the government sector, Aarti began her MBA journey at the looking for both professional and personal growth. Over the past two years, Schulich became a journey of growth both inside and outside the classroom. From late-night project discussions and serving as Vice President of the Strategy Club to moderating industry panels and continuing her love for volleyball, Aarti embraced experiences that pushed her beyond her comfort zone. 🏐✨ One of Aarti’s most memorable experiences was travelling to Peru for the GIO 601 Capstone project, where her team worked with real clients to solve business challenges under the guidance of Professor Theo Peridis. Beyond academics, hiking to Machu Picchu with friends became a memory she will always cherish, reflecting resilience, teamwork, adaptability, and personal growth. 🌍⛰️ Aarti credits professors like Ingo Holzinger, Dr. Minerva Cernea, PhD, International EMBA, MSc, CDI.D, and Graeme Deans for transforming her perspective and supporting her journey through mentorship, leadership lessons, and creative teaching styles that challenged her to think differently.
