Today, we’re raising the Progress Pride Flag for the first time at our locations in Mainz, Gruenenplan, and Muellheim. 🌈 Raising the flag marks two moments: the launch of our queer employee network, Proud@SCHOTT, and our continued commitment to #CSDMainz, which we’re supporting for the third year in a row. It is a visible sign of the kind of workplace we want to build: one where everyone feels welcome, regardless of identity, sexual orientation, or background. As Andreas Staab and Mara St. Pierre, founders of Proud@SCHOTT, explain: “Diverse perspectives, experiences, and strengths are especially important for a company like ours.
