Over the last two days, the School of Mines and Engineering- Taita Taveta University, participated in the Form Four Leavers and Candidates Career Fair and Expo organized by the Office of the Member of National Assembly for Kiharu Constituency. Hosted at Mugoiri Secondary School and Maragi Secondary School, the event brought together 65 secondary schools and over 8,200 students, creating a valuable platform for career guidance, mentorship, and exposure to higher education opportunities. The Dean, School of Mines and Engineering, Dr.-Ing. Nashon Adero served as a Keynote Speaker, on STEM education and career pathways, higher education opportunities and the importance of aligning career choices with emerging industry needs.
