𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱.    We are setting the course for the company’s continued strategic development by reorganizing responsibilities within our Executive Board.   After 26 years with the company — across various international leadership positions and, since 2024, as the Executive Board member responsible for Global Sales — Robert Vuga is leaving by mutual agreement to pursue new professional opportunities. We are sincerely grateful for his many years of trusted collaboration, his commitment, and his valuable contributions to the development of the Group. We wish him every success and all the very best for his professional and personal future.   As part of our strategic realignment and the ongoing development of our organizational structure, Claudia Küchen will, in addition to her existing responsibilities for Design, Marketing and Communications, assume responsibility for Global Sales. This brings together key market- and customer-facing functions within one Executive Board division, enabling even closer collaboration and a stronger customer focus across the organization.   With this reorganization, we are further sharpening the allocation of responsibilities within the Executive Board and strategically consolidating key areas of responsibility within a focused four-member leadership team:   Claudia Küchen — Sales, Design, Marketing & Communications Dr. Derick Beitel — Spokesperson of the Executive Board; Finance, IT & HR  Claus Neuffer — Technology, Technical Decor Development & Sustainability  Michael Then — Production & Procurement   With a clear structure, defined responsibilities, and a strong leadership team, we are well positioned to ensure the company's long-term success.
