Creating an inclusive work environment starts with engaged and motivated colleagues At the Women Automotive Network Detroit Summit, our colleagues Courtney Carpineti and Ashlie Ford were honored with the People & Culture Excellence Award for fostering inclusion and supporting our Employee Communities. Courtney was recognized for her leadership in launching, managing, and growing our global Employee Community program, including Women@Schaeffler, while Ashlie was recognized for her dedicated contributions to the Women@Schaeffler team, and for helping it thrive and gain visibility. Their efforts have made a meaningful impact at Schaeffler, and weβre honored to receive this recognition as a company thanks to their passion and dedication. π At Schaeffler, our Employee Communities are voluntary groups where colleagues who share common characteristics, interests or identities come together to foster a sense of belonging, support professional development and contribute to a more inclusive company culture. This recognition reflects the values we strive to live every day, and we are proud to celebrate this together.
