🏆 Schaeffler receives Sustainability Award in the Automotive sector with E-Axle Repair Tool We are delighted to receive this joint recognition from the ATZ/MTZ Group (ATZ Group) and Arthur D. Little in the category “Mobility Concepts: Business Models” for our Schaeffler E-Axle Repair Tool. With this solution, we are demonstrating that repair instead of replace is a sustainable and economical way to refurbish electric motors. The Schaeffler E-Axle Repair Tool enables the safe, controlled and low-damage disassembly and reassembly of electric motors – technically precise and universally adaptable. In this way, we combine sustainability, cost efficiency and technical precision in a practical solution for repair shops and vehicle owners. A key added value lies in resource conservation: repairing electric motors can significantly reduce the carbon footprint compared with complete replacement. This means we are making a tangible contribution to climate action and the circular economy. The award recognises companies that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals with sustainable solutions.
