Partnerships create stronger solutions A good partnership starts with a shared understanding of where each company creates value — and where that value becomes even stronger together. During our meeting with SynFlex in Bad Vilbel, we exchanged insights on our respective companies and portfolios and identified clear opportunities for collaboration. SynFlex brings strong expertise in conductive and insulating products for electrical insulation systems used in electric motors, transformers, and generators. Together, this opens up exciting potential to combine complementary strengths in future customer projects. Our discussions focused on synergies in project acquisition, portfolio complementarity, and a joint customer approach through cross-selling. A key milestone of the meeting was also the signing of a Broker Agreement — an important step to make our collaboration more concrete and actionable. We believe successful partnerships are built on trust, openness, and the shared ambition to deliver more value to customers together.
