Thrilled to see our #team at the University of Birmingham and UHB NHS Trust unveil our new name: Bright - a perfect reflection of our mission to light the way for #safe, #equitable #AI technologies in #health and #care. Having joined the team only recently, it was great to witness and contribute to this change. I am proud to be part of Bright and to work alongside our partners, including UCL and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London like Pearse Keane, Siegfried Wagner, and The King's Fund (with Pritesh Mistry) on our EPSRC-funded project in #oculomics - a field where our #collaborative spirit has already left its mark, and where converging knowledge and insights from many perspectives is at the heart of what we do. The name may be new, but the #passion and #purpose remain as strong as ever. Here’s to the next chapter!
