Most coaches have one specialty. Ask them to describe their process and they'll describe one tool. One framework. One strength. That's a preference. Not a system. The coaches who consistently deliver stakeholder-confirmed, measurable results aren't specialists. They operate across five areas: the values that shape how they think, the methodology that structures how they work, FeedForward to move clients from insight toward action, stakeholder engagement that makes change visible, and measurement that proves it happened. Remove any one area and the coaching impact either doesn't hold or can't be proven. This is what Stakeholder Centered Coaching® is built to teach. Not one technique applied consistently — a complete system applied correctly. Feedback and FeedForward and follow-up. Stakeholders enrolled, not just informed. Change that's visible, verified, and quantifiable. Most coaching ends when the insight lands. SCC® coaching ends when the stakeholders confirm it. That's the whole difference. The follow-up is where most of this breaks down (and it's the hardest part to teach). On June 17, we're running a live session on exactly that. "Feedback Creates Information. Follow-Up Creates Change." Wednesday, June 17 · 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST Register Now: https://lnkd.in/eBSAPydZ
