A leader can have the best of intentions. They can care deeply, work hard, and genuinely want to grow. And still fail — because the people around them can't see it. Neha Wasu, MBA, CHRL, ACC (ICF), PROSCI, a recent SCC® Workshop participant, named this gap clearly: "The biggest aha was understanding the gap between insight and impact. You can have good intentions, but if your stakeholders cannot see it in the impact, the intentions do not really go well." That gap — between what a leader believes about themselves and what their stakeholders actually experience — is exactly what FeedForward is designed to close. Not through more self-reflection. Through different questions, asked to the right people, followed up consistently. On June 17, we're running a live session on this exact mechanism. "Feedback Creates Information. Follow-Up Creates Change." Wednesday, June 17 · 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST Register here: https://lnkd.in/eMUUxquU
