We are pleased to announce Jonathan Degenhardt as the new CEO of SCARPA North America. He will join the company in mid-April and will spend an extended transition period working alongside Kim Miller, the longtime CEO of SCARPA North America, who will retire at the beginning of next year. Jonathan D. brings more than 25 years of #experience in the outdoor industry, spanning executive leadership, oversight of marketing departments, sales management, operations coordination, and managerial roles within the specialized outdoor retail sector. He also brings broad experience across multiple product categories, including footwear, apparel, and equipment. Along with Degenhardt’s arrival, two long-time employees will be promoted to new #leadership roles with expanded responsibilities within SCARPA North America. Mark Mathews, currently VP of Sales, will become Chief Commercial Officer, and Joe Higby, currently VP of Finance, will become VP of Finance and Operations.
