This #MentalHealthWeek, we’re raising awareness that mental health care often extends beyond medical treatment alone. It also means addressing the everyday needs that can affect wellbeing. That’s why we’re proud to recognize the dedication of our care teams who work to close these gaps, through initiatives like the “It Takes a Community” Pantry at the Shoniker Clinic. The pantry supports patients and families by providing safe, reliable access to nutritious food and personal care essentials, helping them maintain an active, healthy life with dignity. Since opening last year, it has supported families from every child and adolescent mental health program at the Shoniker Clinic, made possible through the ongoing generosity of our community and food providers. If you’re looking for a way to give back this Mental Health Week, the pantry is currently in need of pasta sauce, canned vegetables, canned tuna, and vinegar. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gT-2a7Q9
