Two years in. 🎂 Scanvio’s 2nd birthday called for something simple: cake, a grill, and an afternoon by the lake. After months of heads-down building, it felt good to step away from the usual pace for a bit. No agenda. No slides. No one rushing to the next thing. Just the team, some sunshine and everyone suddenly becoming very passionate about grilling. As the afternoon unfolded, a little “how well do you know your teammates?” game made its way into the mix. There were some surprises. The kind that make you laugh and then think, wait, how did I not know that about you? As the afternoon wound down, it felt like the right way to mark two years of building together. Not with a big celebration, but with one of those simple moments that reminds you who you are building with.
