Small group. Big conversations. That was the story in Richmond, Virginia, where we did the second US Essential session—and the first at this site. The group was smaller, which changed the dynamic in the best way. More space to challenge, reflect, and really engage with each other. And the energy? Still right where it needed to be. What stood out wasn’t just what was discussed, but how—honest dialogue, different perspectives, and a shared effort to make the STG Leadership framework and our four performance behavior's feel real in day-to-day leadership. A big thank you to our local People & Culture team for making it all come together. These sessions don’t happen without that local drive and attention to detail.
