The journey began with an intensive kick-off led by Lorenz K. Kreuser, followed by an inspiring opening session with Anouk Ellen Susan (M.A.) at the exceptional premises of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Dรผsseldorfโs Altstadt. Sunshine, rooftop conversations, and above all: remarkable energy within the group. On Wednesday, we moved straight into the first deep-dive session: self-awareness, strengths, and development areas. Honest, reflective, and precise. A powerful starting point for a journey that will drive meaningful impact. Initiated by Anna Keup, Dr. Christopher Smolka, and Markus Hafner, this program embodies what defines our network: trust, openness, and the ambition to grow collectively. And this is only the beginning. Next stop for our leadership training: the premises of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg - Die Gesundheitskasse in Dรผsseldorf. DeepSkill GmbH is getting ready for round #2. We will continue to share insights along the way. This network holds substantial potential, and we are committed to making it visible. A key highlight lies in the increasing convergence of the โsecond rowโ of leadership. Strengthening those who empower founders and scaleups from within represents one of the most effective levers for sustainable growth.
