One year down, the first of many more to come. It’s been an incredible journey being part of a legacy that I refuse to call just an “organization.” Inter IKEA Group is so much more than that. It’s a place where values truly take center stage , not as words on a wall, but as principles that guide everyday decisions and actions. Grateful to be part of such a wonderful company, and even more so, an inspiring Global Public Affairs team. Every single day brings new perspectives, meaningful conversations, and constant learning from some truly amazing colleagues , all of us working together towards a shared purpose of creating a better everyday life for the many. A special note of thanks to the people who’ve made this journey even more meaningful: Charlotte: for being such a supportive and empowering manager, always creating space to grow, guiding with clarity, and trusting your team to take ownership. Keika: for taking me under your wing from the very beginning and making work so much fun every single day, especially the incredibly engaging brainstorming sessions that continue to inspire new ways of thinking.
