Ten years in, I keep coming back to the same question: what actually compounds in a business?   Not headcount. Not the number of pilots we've shipped. Not even the models we use, because everyone eventually has access to the same ones.   What compounds is what an enterprise chooses to own. The context it builds. The decision logic it refines over hundreds of real business calls. The data it connects instead of leaves siloed. None of that is rented from a vendor. It's built, iteration after iteration, and it gets smarter the longer you invest in it.   I've watched this play out with clients for a decade now. The ones who treat AI as a series of point solutions start over every single time. The ones who treat it as an architecture, something that accumulates, end up with an advantage nobody can shortcut their way into.   That's the shift I think most leaders still haven't fully made yet. It's not about who adopts AI first. It's about who builds intelligence that belongs to them.   I sat down with Express Computer to talk about this, along with where I think enterprise AI is actually headed over the next decade.   Read the full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/g_2UpSgd
