*Hiring Alert* Partnership Manager Location: Agra About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken School/College Partnership Manager to build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and academic partners for QuizX and other initiatives by Savvy Indians. Key Responsibilities • Connect with school principals, directors, coordinators, and college authorities • Present QuizX and other Savvy Indians initiatives to educational institutions • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and events • Build long-term partnerships with schools and colleges • Follow up with institutions and manage the partnership pipeline • Coordinate event logistics with school and college authorities • Maintain partnership records and reports • Identify opportunities for collaborations, seminars, workshops, and competitions Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Confident in face-to-face meetings and presentations • Professional appearance and conduct • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills • Comfortable with local travel • Experience in partnerships, education, or business development is preferred What Success Looks Like • Onboarding new schools and colleges every month • Building a strong network of educational institutions • Successfully organizing QuizX and other events across campuses • Establishing Savvy Indians as a trusted education and innovation partner Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Growth Opportunity Become a key part of building one of India's largest AI awareness and student engagement initiatives through QuizX and Savvy Indians.
