Later, amid tariff volatility in 2025, he made the decision to hold pricing rather than immediately pass additional costs on to customers. While the circumstances were different, the philosophy behind both decisions was the same: put the customer first and demonstrate what true partnership looks like when it matters most. “I didn’t want to be part of the problem. I wanted to be part of the solution,” Greg shared. “We knew they didn’t have cash at that time. But we knew, based on the longevity of the account and the two-way partnership, that we would invest now to gain later.” Today, Greg brings that same customer-first approach to Savoy House, one of the country's leading lighting manufacturers and a family-owned company with more than 65 years in the lighting industry.
