Thousands of older Ukrainians have been forced to flee their homes because of the war. For many, evacuation is only the beginning of a new struggle. They arrive with serious health conditions, limited mobility, missing documents, and often no family members able to support them. After losing their homes and communities, they need more than temporaryshelter — they need comprehensive care and a path toward stability. For several years, Save Ukraine has been providing evacuation and long-term support for elderly people and people with limited mobility from frontline and high-risk areas. At our Center of Hope and Recovery in the Kyiv region, evacuees receive safe accommodation, three meals a day, medical care, psychological support, legal assistance, and individualized case management. Our team works with each person to find sustainable solutions, including access to healthcare, social services, permanent housing, and community support. Thanks to the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF), the center can assist up to 25 vulnerable individuals every month, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and security. Behind every number is a person who has survived war, displacement, and loss. Together with our partners, we are ensuring that they do not face the next chapter alone. This project is implemented with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund  (UHF).  United Nations OCHA #UkraineHumanitarianFund #HumanitarianResponse #Ukraine #SaveUkraine
