I have 20,000 litres of buttermilk generated daily as a byproduct of making Cultured Ghee. This is a extremely nutritious has protein and whey (costly process to extract the same) It has the entire 24 Amino Acid profile. Cannot sell it as buttermilk as the acidity is high since bacteria is active (need solution to reduce acidity) If anyone has any solution pls do let me know. Solution required - to make a product of this buttermilk or to reduce acidity to sell as buttermilk in retail.
