To help people become more mindful and cautious of these involuntary actions, a first-year engineering student from Telangana has built a unique device which will send a warning every time you try to touch your face or shake hands with someone. Each time, a person wearing this device – engineered with a three voltage battery, a buzzer, a sensor, and a rubber band – tries to make physical contact, the device will buzz, alerting the individual to take precaution. “If your hands are sanitised, you can ignore the beep.
