Turner & Townsend hits record £5.76bn revenue amid global expansion Multinational construction consultancy Turner & Townsend has reported record revenue of £5.76 billion for 2025, driven by growth across #realestate, #infrastructure, and #energy and #naturalresources, alongside continued international expansion. Net revenue for the year ended 31 December 2025 rose to £2.64 billion from £972.5 million in 2024, while turnover, which includes subcontract revenue, jumped to £5.76 billion from £1.15 billion. Growth was recorded across all seven regions, particularly in the Americas and Europe, supported by the integration of its majority shareholder CBRE Group’s project management business. Operating profit surged to £404.1 million, giving a 15.6 per cent margin, while free cash flow reached £188.1 million. “We are pioneering a paradigm shift across our industry to set new standards in programme management centred on performance.” All three core sectors saw strong results, with rising demand for programme management in #datacentres, #urbandevelopment, #transportation, and #energy. Major project wins included the UK’s New Hospital Programme, Heathrow Airport’s expansion, Anglian Water Services’s investment programme, the Clyde 2070 defence initiative, Rolls-Royce’s nuclear programme, and Hangar 1 at Moffett Federal Airfield in the US. The company now employs more than 22,000 people in excess of 60 countries, with further expansion through acquisitions including African project management and construction consultancy Profica. Vincent Clancy, said the results reflected the strength of its global platform with more room for growth. “Looking ahead, our ambition is significant and our priorities are clear,” he added. “We are pioneering a paradigm shift across our industry to set new standards in programme management centred on performance. “In a world where uncertainty is the new certainty, navigating the global unrest, economic challenges, market volatility and digital revolution requires unprecedented expertise, global strength and local knowledge to execute the delivery of complex, large-scale projects.” The consultancy also recently strengthened its leadership teams, appointing former Royal Mail CEO Emma Gilthorpe as its first chief transformation officer to lead AI and technology development, alongside senior leadership changes supporting its 2030 growth strategy.
