Satair has finalised the acquisition of Unical Aviation Inc. and ecube, creating a premier global provider of Used Serviceable Material (USM) and aircraft lifecycle solutions. This agreement connects global expertise in disassembly and technical repair with a massive distribution network, advancing the circular economy and creating a more resilient supply chain for the aviation aftermarket. Sharon Green will now lead both Unical and VAS Aero Services as CEO to ensure a unified strategy across Satair's USM business, while Tommy Hughes focuses fully on his role as CCO of Satair.
